Fantastic Roboworld

Fantastic Roboworld is a game which appears at first to be quite simple, but it has, in addition to its tremendous charm, a surprising amount of depth. In this "jump 'n' run" game (as the author calls it) you jump around the levels, collecting items, powerups, and killing enemies. You can find a variety of powerup items, as well as gems, and coins (which can be used to buy other powerups at in-game shops). Although the levels themselves are fairly straightforward (get to the exit at the right side) there seem to be numerous secrets hidden in every level. The ability to easily look up and down using the up and down arrow keys is helpful. The graphics are decent (I'd say "charming") while the music and sound effects are only okay. Overall this is definitely a hidden gem of a game for fans of this sort of light platforming action / exploring type game.
