Greyhound is a textmode simulation of greyhound dog racing. Choose which of the dogs in your kennel you want to enter into a race, then watch them race ... or rather, watch some squares circle around until the winners are announced. You can also bet on the races to earn some money. Before / after the race you can train the dogs, take them to the vet, etc. It all seems not very interesting to me personally but if you want a dog racing sim (which seems pretty random which dog wins from what I can see) you can try this out.
