To Serve and Protect is a little-known police management simulation game where you get to play the dual roles of police chief and police dispatcher. Your actions take place through menus as you build police buildings, hire workers, organize your officers, etc while managing your available resources. The appearance looks a little like SimCity but the gameplay here is much different. The included TSTP.DOC file goes into detail about all of the intricacies of the game, and it may be required reading to actually play this properly. I honestly didn't learn to play it properly because this is not the type of game I enjoy, but maybe you'll love it!
