Original archive (Dungeons of Grimlor II.exe, 1,918k) - The main download file above (DOSBOX_DOG2.ZIP) is pre-configured to work DOSBox. This file, Dungeons of Grimlor II.exe, is the original and may require installation / setup.
Dungeons of Grimlor 2 is the sequel to the original Dungeons of Grimlor game which seemingly uses the same engine (or maybe a modified / improved version) and offers up much of the same sort of gameplay. The dragon from the first game is back (in "lich" form, aka undead) and you must find & defeat it. The game is more of an action / maze / puzzle game than a dungeon crawl per se, and the admittedly pretty graphics are a bit choppy. But still there is a lot of adventuring available in this game. Although originally shareware, the developer released the entire game (all episodes) for free.
