Post by likegeiee »

Time to have some fun in game talk. Let's discuss what we see happening in the gaming community for the year ahead and what games we're most excited about.
I can't wait for Resident Evil 5 to come out!! And have preorder Resident Evil 5 online
I thought RE4 on PS2 was awesome and i've seen the trailers for the new one and it looks even better.
Here's a trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1KKJ2VM4BA

And as usual, topics 'bout new games go rapidly down the drain on DGF.
:blah:

:D

likegeiee, that's what you get when starting such topics on a board filled with dos/ol'window games fanatics.

I agree with byrd,
the mac version requires less mucking around in the end however for Commander Keen : Goodbye Galaxy, dosbox will help..
I do suggest visiting the "Getting Games to Work section" at dosgames.com's forums. Quite a few pointers on Dosbox, just watch out for dosraider.. he likes to bite macnuts :P (Im a moderator there so yeah)
I wouldn't bite a Macnut. Only a Wally Macnut.

Now now, don't make me bring down the hammer 5 minutes after I log in for the first time in months, peeps.

RE5? Meh, I never really finished any of the other ones(by which I mean 1, 2 and 3, never played 4).

But 5 on the Wii looks nice, might play it if I get the chance(which I probably won't)

I didn't like 4 very much because they tinkered with the game formula too much. I doubt five will be much better, but we will see.
