Alright so this is what I've done thus far...
-My inventory consists of a locked box (which got some dollar bill to appear below the view screen), a candle that isn't lit....for now, box of matches, pitcher with fountain water, eyedrop with red liquid.
-I didn't light the fireplace cuz I know the stupid dog comes out and bites your friggin arm off if you do.
-Obviously if I have the red liquid it means that I discovered the secret passage with the lab.
-The vampire sisters disappeared from that one room (don't know how...I assume it either has to do with time or uncovering the dish in the dining room).
-Trying to get the ingredient to the elixir of life that I read from the book in the room with the secret passage. Says it needs the GiGi flower but the one bedroom that supposedly has it only has its dead plant. Don't know how to revive it.
I assume that later on when I put everything together I have to somehow use it on the vampire sisters...not sure how and when I can summon them without them attacking me. That's about it.
Anyone knows what I should do next?

Here is the information you need:
If you don’t have the bone when the dog apears, you die.
Using the mathes (or the water can) on the fireplace does not call for the dog.
When a dollor apears on the screen, it does NOT mean you have a dollor, it means
you have just done something RIGHT.
The vampires disappear at a certain point in the game: when it is time to enter
the closet.
You don’t have to do anything in the dining room at all.
