Billy is an attempt at an artificial intelligence type conversation bot, similar to Eliza, Dr Spoc, or the infamous Dr Sbaitso. You type in sentences, and Billy attempts to respond in some appropriate way. In addition to this, the program offers numerous ways to "customize" the AI, including a "teach" program to attempt to teach the AI new things by feeding it text files. Not sure how well it works; you can see an example conversation in the screenshot. I imagine it gets better as it learns. The project is also still being developed, now for Windows of course.
