A video of the starup sounds of windows 95-vista and their is even a start up sound for vista that was not used.

The first video shows the loading screens of the computer and the other shows the os itself. The both have all of the startup sounds.

This video has nothing to do with startup sounds. It is a os/2 wrap 3 video. I never cared for the os/2. I ended up needing instructions on how to use an os/2 a lot. I will admit though that the os/2 pioneered a lot of ideas like a 3d desktop which was not 3d but you can see what is going on on the other screen much more easier than on an xp. It was the first windows to have chess and now vista is oud and has chess. It had many creative ideas. I eneded up needing help often on using an os/2 quite often though.

Maybe you don't know this, but OS2 was originally a MICROSOFT product, developed by MS/IBM before they split up and IBM took the development of OS2 fully on them.
OS2 Server is still used ourdays and performs pretty good.

And there is of course the free OS2 open source project , you could join and help them .

I don't like the os/2. I ended up always needing help on using an os/2. It pioneered a lot of the new vista features. It also pioneered a lot of the mac osx features.

I think the NT 4 one was the best, but the 95 one gives me the most memories.
