What on Earth is this Noise Test !!!!
What on Earth is this Noise Test !!!!
Ok Rules are simple:
- One person submits a sample of Game Music (Dos obviously) someone attempts to answer it.
- Hints may be given over a period of time if people have no idea
- Once someone gets a correct answer (First person to get it correct) will get to choose the next game music sample.
- You must not post the actual name of the midi (preferably called game.mid) so that answering is not as easy
- Also, Midi samples may never be perfect, so try and get as close as you can.
Upload to your own Web Space or to putfile or something.
Good Luck everyone!
I will start www.dosgames.com/~wally4000/game.mid

One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

If we're right, I'll let cyb3r choose the next song... I just don't have time to get a midi file, upload it and... well, you understand....

Okay, I'll play along. Here's an easy one:
http://www.dosgames.com/game.mid
One of you should get it pretty quickly
This one may be a bit tougher but should still be easily identified:

So very hard...

I'll just say that the second one is from... Police Quest... I think.

How right you are... I won't even bother naming the first game in this caseemmzee wrote:One of you should get it pretty quickly

Oh! I give up... I spent all morning listening to that tune and I still can't figure it out, despite it's familiar.
Betcha' that when someone(if not me) figures out the game, it'll be something that I played the day before yesterday

Well, I'm gonna revive this game, considering:
a) Technically speaking, I was the first one to get the name of a game right
2) I'm bored stiff
iii) I don't think Fauvem will mind
So here!!!

I have absolutely no idea. In the time I played old games I had an old computer - which lacked sound most of the time. However, I wanted to sneak a post in anyway.
On another forum, we had one of these topics - but we'd create an mp3 which contained about 15 songs from games (not old mostly) and whoever guessed most won and could make the next one. Afraid I don't have that one anymore, or I would've posted it here.
