The colours...!!

Haha. So, this is what my computer is looking like at the moment...

Yay for pretty colours. What's going on with it? I don't know anything about computers.

well it could be a color pallete or something messed up, it could be your monitor but i doubt it because its showing the taskbar just fine.
Go into display proities and see if you can work something out, maybe in the advanced section maybe.

Restart got rid of it anyway...but still, i'd like to know why it did it.
