Jump Jet

Im looking for the old old game Jump Jet.

Im talking very old, Qbasic type graphics.

It involves a plane - where yo have to shoot down three green bombers
level two is some sort of buildings
level three is a flying skull
there was also a level 4

when you finish level four, you go back to level one.

Any help?
