This PC would have been very good 5-6 years ago. But would have still been lacking in graphics and audio departments.
To fast for DOS games, to weak for today's games.
Definetly nothing to brag about.

OK, go ahead and buy that "64 mb" graphic card.
But believe me that 64 doesn't mean much in terms of performance. It's just for the amount of texture data the card can hold, but its speed is given by its GPU performance, and the memory's bandwitdh and speed.

Check out these very comprehensive articles about the characteristics of today's graphic adapters:
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/131 - ATI
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/132 - nVidia

You'll notice that the amount of video memory it's not even listed, because it's not being considered significant.

graphics memory

May I say i'm not going to blow 80 dollars on a 128 mb graphics card when most new games only require 64 mb or 32 mb anyway. I'm not all that concerned about the graphic detail of my game just as long as it runs smoothly with ok graphics.
