What are the best DOS racing games?

I've tried Wacky Wheels, Skunny Kart, and Super Worms, and like all three. What are some other good ones, preferably Mario Kart style, if any?

IMO the best is Death Rally by a long way. It isn't as cartoony as the ones you mentioned (much darker feel to it), but it is far more fun.
