They don't mention goldfinger (or any bond villains)
That makes me sad. Just saw goldfinger and thought he was one of the evillest of them all, betraying allies randomly, willing to get into a fight, and has one of the cleverest plots ever. All that and he still acts the perfect host to his 'trophy': the superspy James Bond.

What I think is really shit about the list is where is Roger ‘Verbal’ Kint? Besides John Doe (also played by Kevin Spacy) Verbal is the only bad guy to actually win. All the others get the asses kicked. Granted Does victory was very up front and in your face, but Verbals was awesome to. It was so cleverly done, so smart arse that it was utter brilliance. And yet he is not there, I seriously doubt how good that list is,
