This has been here for like four months. Can somebody delete it? It's bothering me. Now I keep thinking that I have bugs crawling under my skin and goats in my room.

First, usually there are no replacement files availible since that would be called WaReZ.

Second, most likely your disk is scratched, this happened to me and i borrowed another guy's disk, i qiuckly installed it then gave it back to him. After, it worked normally.
