All Haiku shall be posted here.
well, my favourite haiku, written by Albert Finney in 1929, is:
five syllables,
then seven, five again,
no rhyme.
or something like that....

The offical format is 5, 7, 5

Let the rain fall down
The drops disturb a smooth lake
My mind remains calm.
The church bells chime twelve
One more year closer to death
Another from youth.
I feel like baking.
Maybe some brownies or cake.
