I was able to get 47 ... or 49 if you count two that I typed in that weren't in a format that it recognized.
I got 24 :(

I could've cheated with Wikipedia and get all 69 of them but ah what the heck

I think I got all the Nintendo, Sega, Playstation and X-box systems right atleast. :)

Seems he is a national hero now.

Quite possibly the most difficult video game I've ever seen.

Keep in mind, this is all in the first level!

I've played (and beat) I wanna be the guy.

Once you get the control scheme down it's not too hard. I had a bit of trouble early on learning how to do the double-jump consistently.

OMFG, I've spent like 16 hours straight playing this game. I keep on dying, but I'm getting close to beating him... I think it may have something to do with the huge rope the chandelier is hanging from.

I beat the first boss, but the second one is really hard. He kills me before I can even get to the rope. It took me forever to even find the second boss, I Kept falling down invisible pits :(

A long way to go .....

But keep in mind before laughing, that whilst we as kids in Europe and the American continent had plenty of similar gymnastic exercises those guys probably never had such.

Remembers me, saw once one 'smart western' person in Spain trying to light and use an oriental water pipe, what a mess, could also have been posted on youtube .... had probably won a price.
Any of those Iraqi suckers can most probably lighten up and use a water pipe without problems.

Different cultures ya know.
