90s PC game, fight with flying monster [Scorched Planet]

Hi , I wanna find a 90s old game, I remember that the player should driver a vehicle or a tank to fight with some flying monster, I am not sure they are dragon or Pterosauria. There also had a aircraft like alien ship, the ship will shoot the building in the base. So the player also need to portect the base and the engineers safe from the ship attack. And the localcation I think it is not in earth.

I was play this game when i was a kid and also i am not good at english because i m just a primary student in Hong Kong at 90s. So I don't understand the mission so i just play it for a few time and i never pass the first chapter in this game. The game was bought form my father and the main colour on the cover of the CD rom is orange and there is a dragon /Pterosauria to attack the charater .
