DOS, puzzle, selectable character colour

Hi guys, I'm looking for a MS-DOS game but I don't remember its name. It was a 2D game featuring a colorful little character. At the start of the game, you could choose the color of the character, and the color seemed to affect the gameplay speed. The game involved navigating various traps, moving on different stairs, etc. After completing one level, you moved on to the next. I remember a specific level where there was a woman in a white lab coat. When you approached her, she would point as if shooing you away, and above her head, a speech bubble with a diamond would appear. I also remember that the name of the game is a single word. As far as I can tell, the game icon is a little cloud with a lightning bolt, but I'm not 100 percent sure.
