Top-down survival open-world zombie game [Survival Crisis Z]

Anyone remembers a top-down survival open-world zombie 2.5D game from the early 2000s (I played it around 2008 if I remember correctly on windows) where you had to choose from many 'classes' (I remember I liked playing with the character that looks like a hitman with a blande tomahawk and red sun glasses) and the characters had stickman-y look to them. I remember the open-world had a dark atmosphere and you could meet other survivors (just NPCs, since I recon it was single player game only), and upon dying you can turn into a ball of light that can possess these aforementionned survivors and continue your journey.

I also remember that you can capture faction leaders and restrain them using duct tape and by using an electrical battery you can shock them in order to get the information about where they are hidding their stash money and ammo. The game also had a sewer system where many of the dangerous zombies reside and you often get attacked by short ghosts holding bloody knives when staying too long in the sewers.

Has anyone ever played this game? lets discuss for nostalgia's sake, and if some gigachad can drop its name (or at least a suggestion) in the comments the better.
