DOS Games Discussion

so I really dont remember much of it but all I remember is this boy who would go around cleaning puddles with a mop. I think he was outside too. And there was maybe a girl? I think the boy was young. But I played this on a game boy SP and played it when I was around 6 or 7 which was in 2011 or 2012. I think maybe the boy wore green pants and maybe and black or brown hair. I LITERALLY DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING BUT HIM CLEANING PUDDLES UP WITH A MOP. I think he would pee himself too...
