Windows bridge building game [Armadillo Run]

I used to play a game in my dad's computer and I believe it was using windows XP, It was a game about building a bridge for a ball to take it to it's destination, I don't remember a lot but I remember one of the materials for bridge building was cloth and the color of cloth was blue. And I also rember one level that player should have used only cloth to build bridge and also the background of that level was s semi cloudy sky.
