PS2 military game where you switch bodies [SOLVED]

I can't remember the title of a PS2 military combat game where you are able to switch bodies from soldier to soldier.

I don't remember if it was a first or third person perspective.

You would play an armed soldier in modern day combat, and you can switch control from soldier to soldier. It had this cool zooming in visual effect every time you "switched bodies".

The first part of the game was USA vs China. You can also play as the Chinese military.
