Si-Fi colony, text only, C64, trading, raiding [Kolony]

Hi,
I'm looking for this text based game about colony sim.
It's very similar to "Warren's World - Lost Colony" that I found, but it still not what I'm looking for.
It was on Commodore 64 and I played it around 1992-1994 i think.
It was turn based and you could play hot seat fashion with other people. You could trade resources and fight others. You could buy different types of robots/fighters.
I can swear there was word COLONY in the tittle.
