Windows late 90s RPG

Hi everyone, I'm trying to remember and play an old rpg game but the issue is I don't remember much about the game, it was a role playing game, the name as I remember was "Quests", the cover of CD was writing QUESTS in the middle, but that was probably not the whole name of the game (though the word Quests had still the biggest font).
I remember only one significant detail of the game: which was when you do something wrong in the game (not completing a quest on time maybe), a dwarf king was sending you to jail and you would spend 1000+ years there.
I was playing on Windows ('98 probably) and it was in the summer of 2000.
As I said, I don't remember much, and even things I remember may be wrong, but I'll appreciate any help.
