PC platform game with 2 frogs and a turtle as playable characters

Hello there!
I'm looking for a game I used to love playing on my pc as a kid. I remember it being bought around 2001 with the likes of Sleepwalker so I'm thinking it could have been made around or before 2000 (I'm sorry if I'm wrong and posting in the wrong place
)
The game opens in a sort of cave thing with three stone stools that have characters sitting on them - a red frog, a green frog and a turtle/turtoise. They're sitting infront of a portal that shows you the stages for the game.
You chose your character and stage, the camera swirls around and your character begins to move across the stage. You had to move right or left or jump to get across the stage safely.
Parg, Porg, Progue are words that are swirling around in my head for a title but I cant find anything by searching for those on google. Anyone else played this and able to help.me remember the name please?
