CD Educational game with ogre (?)/ monster(?) character

Hello there. I'm trying hard to remember this game demo that I remember playing around early 2000s on Windows
I remember this game is an educational game because although I do not remember the game content, I do remember the game character pretty well and the interactions with it.
It's a green monster/ogre character with an orange shirt with red parts in the middle. I remember I can drag him across the screen. He can say several things when certain actions are achieved:
Green monster/ogre dragged to the top of the screen: "WHA! Watch out my head!"
Green monster/ogre dragged to the side of the screen: (I actually don't remember exactly what he said but he commented on that too)
Green monster/ogre dragged around the letters of the title: "Look out for these letters"
Note: The dialog may not be exactly the same as I remember since it's been years trying to find that game. All help is appreciated!
