DOS Games Discussion

There was this game I use to play as a preteen. It was on a windows console and it was like during the dial up internet. It was a kids game and it had card games you could play like gold fish and other stuff. I want to say it was mainly for entertainment and it had others tuff besides card games but i cannot remember. I remember it was around the time I played roller coaster tycoon and carmen Sandiago (time traveler). It wasnt 3D, i think it was mostly cartoon like and It may have had a fish bowel or something. The setting of the game was in a room type where you could click on what you wanted to play.
