Painting app/game on Dell, circa 2000 [Solved]

Along with the other game in my other post, this one was a painting app of some kind; it made lots of rainbow colors and shapes; I think it was kind of designed for kids. It was also an exe file on the computer, not a disc.
EDIT: I managed to find this one, against all odds. It was KidPix 1.0, a 1996 painting app designed for younger children with bright colors and shapes.
