Windows lego-like time travel game from the early 2000

I'm trying to remember the name of an old PC game I used to play around the early 2000. Characters were kinda like legos but it was a different brand, it had something to do with time travelling and I vaguely remember once reading it was an Ocarina of Time Ripoff. I believe the first cutscene involved the big bad evil guy turning a princess into stone.

If anyone knows Ill be very thankfull. :(
