Children's PC Game by DK early-mid 2000's

Dorling Kindersley game where you had to explore under the sea. I distinctly recall it starting with a bathtub (and a toothbrush for some reason) as well as other things like scuba diving with fish and exploring a lighthouse at the docks.
I've searched for hours on the internet and the closest thing I can find is: https://youtu.be/xmaR73miQe0?t=36 (I looked at the rest of the channel but couldn't find the game)
