No, it does not look like it. Thanks btw.
The view of the game is sort of an isometric view. Meaning its not sky view nor side scroll.

I suppose the game was found elsewhere and this thread thus served its purpose. We can't force the OP to disclose the game title if it is against their wishes, so thread closed, indeed.
