Magic Carpet - The Hidden Worlds. Rapid fireball at level 18

I play Magic Carpet add-on The Hidden Worlds.
At level 18 Haj Vonor, can not find the last Rapid fireball spell. At the end of the level, 95% of the collected spells are written. The Bullfrog's official guide to MC 1&2 says that all spells at the very beginning of the level. But I do not have this one.
Who knows how to get Rapid fireball spell, 100% spells at level 18?
I play through the original DOSBox 0.74.
