Ultima Ratio Regum .7 "worldbuilding" beta release

URR released the .7 "final worldbuilding" release as a beta for interested users to play with. Reportedly it's a complete world, but no NPCs or questing, etc., yet - that's next.

I haven't cracked it open yet to give a personal review, but the pictures and blog posts leading up to it are fascinating. The developer is using procedural generation in ways new to me; Cultures and art and religions, building interior and city layouts, and ultimately quest design.
