It was a game with something.... I was driving an ambulance and i needed to play it in black and white. The scenery, was very simple- only the line of the ground was. When i crash into something like a car there was a internal beep and no other sounds. You need to get score. :)

Which was it.... what's the name........ :blah:

Night Driver? Or is that too simple? I see a Crisis Team: Ambulance Driver game.

When did you play this? What platform? Anything to narrow it down? Any luck finding a "games with ambulances" list?

I recall such a game on one of Nokia:s PC clones, but I think it ran something like DOS 1.x or CP/M, because there was only one flat directory with all files.

It was just an animated car-crash, after which an ambulance and/or towtruck came to take the victims away, during which there was a text-scrolling, with 'siren' sounds written as 'Tatue-tata' or similar.

I don't recall a score though, just the animation.

Nope

Nope, the car crash has no animation. Just a beep when crash and then GAME OVER. And night driver is too complex: it's just a mini-game.

I lost my pass
