Information on a pc version of sonic

Bought a copy of Sonic 3d blast for windows 95 today at the goodwill. The sleeve the game comes in has Korean written all over it and the disc says that it was made in Korea (and not for resale in Korea). I looked it up on google and ebay and could only find versions that appeared to look different from the one I have. Does anyone have any information on the rarity (or lack thereof) of a Korean copy of the game? Either way should have a fun time playing it tonight
