Old bussines game

Hello, i am searching for one VERY old game. You start with some money, you can upgrade offices,from poor ones, to more good looking ones,hire staff. The funny part, is that you got like factory, and you can import stuff, like toilet paper. when you exit factory, in right place, near it, you find vampire with car. vampire can sell you stuff. You are playing against computer.
If someone can help me pls then. searching for this game about 5 years for now :X
