A game that I forgot the name :(((

It was a side scrolling action game in which we were 2 players and we had to fight to live, one guy dressed in black one in brown, the one in black had a mask like a skull. enemies were human maybe but not really like humans, maybe mutants and we had to kill them by punching and kickin, no weapon unless some enemies had kinda machine guns which you could take after killing them, but with first hit you got the gun would be thrown away and if it went outta screen you had lost it.
also I remember at beginnig it showed a scene which 2 characters were running toward each other, the guy in black had an axe and a beheaded head in his hands and the guy in brown had a gun and was shooting.
the controll was funny, you controlled both guys at same time and same buttons, like when you pushed right they both went right and so on.
the default buttons were moving were up down left right and for fightin were insrt and delete on num lock.
I cant remember more things about it.
