How to get passed level 23 in rescue rover?

I need help to get passed level 23 in rescue rover 1.
I never reach the dog...

Taken from a walkthrough:

LEVEL 23 The mirror is useless. Three boxes go in still water, four go in a current. Make a bridge from the grate by the jet sled to Rover.
