HELLO, I CAN'T REACH LEVEL 3. ONCE I FALL DOWN THE GATE NOT OPEN . HOW TO PLAY LEVEL3 ,4D PRINCE.

It's obvious: your keyboard is borked, buy a new keyboard with a working SHIFT/CAPS key and you'll be able to reach level 3.
