looking for a side scrolling soccer character game

Hi i am looking for a a side scrolling game, you play as a young boy with black hair, he goes through many obstacles like going through cities and jumping over spikes from the ground. It is a pc game and i would assume its from the 1993 to 1995 era..!!!
