Looking for fun Side Scrolling Game With Little Guy

There is a guy thats really small and you go around each level jumping on little blocks. It should be in the under 200kb section.

If you want help, please describe the game in a way the description won't fit just any existing platform game outthere.
Describe enemies, bonuses/powerups, secrets, bosses..........

Only thing i can think of is zip man 1,2 or 3. it features a little guy running around and stuff.
