Larry....
You said officially you can get married since you're now 16....
Is that a tradition thing in your culture, or is that a religious thing?

I think it's more of a legal thing, with 16 generally considered "the age of consent." (For example, in most countries, you can have sex at 16, buy cigarettes at 16 (18 in America and 19 in Canada), get a job at 16, get your driver's license at 16, and vote at 16 (if you have a job, 18 without)). 16 is also the legal marrying age in my country.
With a written affidavit.

Try and work this one out. In Australia it’s legal for you to smoke at 16 but not legal for you to purchase cigarettes or tobacco related products until you’re 18.

In my country you may have in your possession 3 grams weed.

BUT:
It's prohibited to:
Sell the stuff ....
Buy the stuff ....
Grow the stuff ....

Hmmmm .... weird.

Almost forgotten:
Happy birthday Larry.

Let's party.

Ha ha, that's kind of what it's like in some parts of the U.S. Illegal to grow weed, buy it, or sell it, but several cities allow you to carry it and smoke it. (Denver most famously... the mile high city. Figures)

o rly
mine is in november

and im 15 yet its illeagal for me to buy alcohol, sell alcohol, drink alcohol
but i can walk up to any bottle shop buy some booze and im halfway down the raod when theyrealise that they just sold jim bean to a 15 year old kid
One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

I'd offer you a happy birthday, but you'd probably take it as an insult.
