It surprising that a name like "dosgames.com" doesn't have the forum full of people. But games intended for Windows (from i.e., GameHippo) atract more people. Especially kids.

I'm not sure, I don't think so. From what I hear, it was just a normal thing with no mascot, which is why they went to Game Hippo.com.
