Please, help me to find this 3 games!

Post by Desperate guy »

Hello!

I searched in the web for this games, but I didn't find them. Please, help me

The first:

It was a flight game from middles 90's, I guess... With top down perspective (non-first person) and it have great graphics (3D if I don't remember wrong. In fact, I'm doubting that it was a DOS game  ). You controll a gray combat plane that shoots two-linned fires (them looks like littles white lines) and you can destroy the buildings that are below... When you finish the level, you can buy weapons.

Second:

It was a side scrolling game from earlies 90 with living colours... You're a green fluorescent man (or alien) with a gun and you start in a forest... No, It isn't Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure :D... I remember that the title have green fluorescent letter (just like the alien) and i think that it's one word and starts with G, but i'm not sure... I remember spirals... Lot of them :S

Third:

I think that you'll have no problem with this... I'm searching for Oscar... The side scrolling that you're a squirrel or something with red hat... I see it on a thread, but there isn't the link were i can download it...

That is all... I hope you can help me... I searched for this games on the page and this forum, but nothing... how odd! But i remember that I played this games, I'm sure... Well, thanks anyway for your attention :)

P.S.: Forgive me if you don't understand some words... I don't speak english very well... :shame:

The reason there is no link for an Oscar download is because i'm pretty sure it isn't freeware.

There are download locations - try google. But you won't get help here for that one. We don't support abandonware and warez downloading. Sorry.

First one could be Raptor or Zone 66. No dosraider, its not Last Half of Darkness :P)

Second one i agree with greencosmos, Captain Comic sounds exactly like you described.

A bit faster than HotU.

Thank you so much for all for the replyes :D and specially to Wally*Won_Kenobie (yes, it was Raptor!!!).

by the way with the second game: It wasn't soooo old, and the character is green (not blue :P)... I'm sorry, I don't remember other important things... But I remeber that you must jump tree to tree and you enter in the houses in the tree's cup... It was a jungle, instead of a forest

hmmmm.. I win! See dosraider its not Last Half Of Darkness!!

Game 2 sounds awfully familiar, Green text with a G as a name and a Green Character and its made in the early 90's. We need frenkel, he's the expert with this sorta stuff *bites frenkel*

How green was the character? Was he just wearing Green Clothes or glowing green like a pong game? Can you remember what the enemy looked like? Can you remember what sort of things you collected in the game or whether there were keys for doors etc? Hopefully it will all fall into place.

One game does pop into mind but its a bit out of proportion, dare I mention it and getting bitten in half by dosraider :P

well, I'm not sure that the game's name starts with G, but i remember that its only 1 word... The character was fluorescent green with some kind of hair like green rastas and the game has psychedelic graphics effects... The sound effects are like human screams. I get this game in a pirate CD (called Gamex) with lots of DOS games (free and sharewares, most of them), like 6 or 7 years ago  ... The last time that I say this game, its been in a gas station store :(... Mmmmm... I'm from Argentina, maybe only here this game has been sold, and that is why you don't know it :S

Great I had a dream about a translucent green man game guessing, someone knew the name..

Now I have no idea.

HAve a flick through http://www.the-underdogs.info/letter.php?id=G and see if it clicks in.

Let us know though. I'd be very interested.
