Gold Digging

Im looking for a dos game, were you play like 4-5 "aliens" landed on a planet and were you have to dig underground for gold ( and diamants ), and when you did found something you could buy digging machines or elevators and you completed the level when you reached a specific amount of money, but you had an enemy "alien" digging team also which also was on the hunt.

edit : Side View , 2d, mouse enabled.
