also when a similar bot came to a different forum I go to, it said it was going to bring its spambot friends along. Then there was a lot more spam for a while.

spam bots is the reason they shut down the nd4spdworld.com forum.

I can relate; I know of a small-time forum that had to be shut down because of it being spammed frequently, masses at a time.

I really don't see why people can't use banner ads and such instead of spamming forums like this.

Oh, and my best bet is that this one's just testing the forum software so it can bring its fellow gang of spambots.
