Whether it works or not is irrelevant, you're still in desperate need of an upgrade. I'd say go as high end as you can so you don't have to upgrade again for a few years.
EDIT: reading the site, I see:
On Saturday, February 18 -- Aaron Rosenberg met with BlizzPlanet, a fan site, to discuss details of the STARCRAFT: QUEEN OF BLADES pocket book.
Yeah offcourse it will work on PIII, 192 RAM, 64 video, i mean starcraft isn't really ment to played on a Windows XP computer either from the beginning. (if you read on the backside of the cd box) And World of warcraft works on one of my Win 95 computer Pentium II so starcraft wont be a problem for you. But your still in need of uppgrades til your computer. A new grafic card t:ex - (G-force FX 5500) and Pentium IIII will make it run easy for you.
Amro: Ye i think its a new game but i cant get it (with the pocket) is it already released or what ?
Could be that reason L.L.
Ye i unfortionattely saw that too. I'm MORE shocked then you are. . . I WANN'A PLAY !! [But] is you sure that thay wont make a game after all? It sounds VERY wird that thay just give out a pocket for....NOTHING
Serious i thought so

I WILL make a group for myself. Ready to join?
But i will try to see the light in the dark, and i stongely belive that it WILL come a new version of starcraft soon, or atleast in a coupple of moth. (Hope so)
The glory & valor of battle rings proud & true, perhaps it may sound again if I wasn't in my current situation.

If it isn't a book, your going to be waitin' for alot longer than a "coupple of moth"
"I had One thing to do, don't play nostalgic games and look what happened... Here I am"
^ rumors, but they sure as heck had better be working on it =]
I can't tell you how many different video games I've ever played, but my all time #1 is Starcraft with the Brood War expansion set. Not only is it the best RTS ever created, it's gameplay, storytelling and multiplayer value put it in an all-time class by itself.
