I reliaze downloading the full version is illegal, but I'm sick and tired of the shareware version. If somebody has the full version, please PM me the .wad file

You can still buy it at gamestores in the 'limited collection' Which consists of Doom, Doom 2, and Final Doom for $20 Aud. Its worth it, its got a windows engine and a special feature disc to doom 3.

I can't find it anywere in stores.

Besides, I don't want THE WHOLE full game, just the full game's .WAD file

The wad is the only thing that costs money.
You can get it from idsoftware.com.
The other trick is to know that when a sequel comes out they tend to sell the old ones cheap. (ie I got final doom in the doom collector's edition for $10 when doom 3 came out).

That is a possibility, the problem is none of the stores in my area have it.
