ps2 help needed!

i have a stock model ps2

i was wandering if it is possible to use a usb splitter cable so that i can use a usb keyboard and usb mouse combined per port for both players in unreal tournament.

Don't know much about playstations, but I don't think they can support keyboards and mice. If that's the case, there isn't a chance this would work.

they do support both keyboards and mice as it says it on the unreal tournament case... i just dont know if a mouse has to be in port 1 and keyboard in port 2 cause that would mean that you cant do two players in it. unless one uses the standarad ps2 controller.

so can the usb mouse and usb keyboard share the same port thus making it possible for two players to play with both using there own keyboard and mouse via usb spliiter cables?
